Academic Year Transportation Form
Shuttle services are available on the major transportation dates outlined in the 2026–2027 Travel Calendar. Shuttle departures are scheduled no earlier than the final school commitment of the day. Students should plan their travel accordingly and may not depart campus before completing their academic, athletic, or other required school obligations.
For travel needs outside of these designated dates and times, families should get the Dean’s permission and arrange private transportation.
2026 - 27 RESERVATION DEADLINES
Please select the occasion for which you need travel arrangements. Requests for transportation at times other than those noted below must be submitted at least one week prior to travel. Students will incur a $30 late fee for reservations made after these deadlines.

We are fully booked, and the Opening of School option ( or another break) is currently offline. Please email Ms. Duracak at mduracak@choate.edu if you are inquiring about transportation arrangements. Your request will be accommodated if we have a seat available on the existing shuttles.
